Provide technical support and guidance on lens products, dispensing solutions, and non-adapt management.
Implement sales and marketing strategies, promotions, and product launches to maximise brand awareness and market penetration.
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, customer service, and sales excellence teams to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide accurate territory and management reporting.
Support customers with ordering processes, account queries, service-related matters, and operational requirements.
Plan and facilitate workshops, in-store training sessions, conferences, and industry events.
Stay abreast of industry trends, lens technologies, and professional developments to ensure customers receive the highest level of support and expertise.
