A well-established, specialist veterinary hospital located in the scenic Winelands just outside Paarl is seeking a dedicated and professional After Hours Veterinary Receptionist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as the welcoming face of the hospital, ensuring a calm, organised, and compassionate front-of-house experience for clients and their pets. The role

  • The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating bookings and admissions, and supporting the clinical team with efficient administrative assistance. Minimum requirements

  • Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is essential
  • A passion for animals and their well-being

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts
