The role

Conducting routine and advanced medical consultations
Diagnosing and managing a wide range of small animal medical conditions
Performing surgical procedures and overseeing peri-operative patient care
Delivering compassionate, clear client communication and education
Managing in-hospital patients and contributing to treatment planning
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to hospital protocols

Minimum requirements

Hold a BVSc qualification.
Be registered with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC).
Have approximately 3 years of post-graduation experience in small-animal practice.
Demonstrate excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Be passionate about delivering outstanding patient and client care.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
