The role

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess patients’ visual needs.
Provide professional, patient-centred optometric care and recommend appropriate vision solutions.
Assist patients with lens and eyewear selections suited to their individual requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to professional standards.
Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Minimum requirements

BOptom degree.
Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
A genuine passion for people and eye care.
A strong commitment to service excellence.
A team-oriented attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Newly qualified optometrists are encouraged to apply.
