Our client, an established and reputable upmarket franchise practice in the Paarl area, is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and knowledgeable Dispensing Optician to join their professional team. Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Alternative Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00

Salary

R14 000 – R17 000 per month, depending on experience.

The role

Assisting patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescriptions and lifestyle needs
Accurate measurement, fitting, and adjustment of spectacles
Providing professional advice on lens options, coatings, and frame care
Ensuring exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
Managing stock, frame displays, and merchandising
Supporting administrative duties and maintaining accurate patient records

Minimum requirements

Qualified Dispensing Optician
Strong product knowledge of frames, lenses, and optical accessories
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
