• Cleaning, sterilising, and preparing surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintaining strict sterilisation protocols and infection control procedures
• Monitoring and managing sterilisation equipment and supplies
• Assisting with stock control and placement of orders
• Ensuring theatre packs and equipment are prepared accurately and timeously
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient CSD environment
• Performing administrative duties related to stock and sterilisation records
• Supporting the veterinary and nursing teams where required
• Previous experience in a Hospital Central Sterilisation Department (required)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to follow strict routines and protocols
• Comfortable working in a highly structured environment
• Strong administrative and stock control abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
